Over the last few years, the County has undertaken a facility planning project. The project goals are to provide a long-term vision, planning and management strategy for all County owned land with respect to facility development. The development activity is not restricted to just County facilities. Many non-profit and service organizations seek to develop projects on public lands.
The Calle Real Urban Design Guidelines will provide a basis for facility design and compatibility on the campus.

A workshop will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2003 at 267 Camino del Remedio at 7pm to discuss these guidelines and other Campus Planning issues. | Updated and New On November 4, 2003 the Board of Supervisor's received a report by the County Architect regarding long-term guidelines for the Calle Real Campus.
