Retaining Wall and Footings Leading to...

Brian with crew works at pouring the retaining wall footing and lead footings to this retaining wall.

Pouring and Finishing...

After each pour, there are number of steps to prepare the footings for the slab...that follows. Here making sure the top of footing is correct and (right) a "key" joint to tie the slab to the footing.

Mud being poured in the tioe-in footings at the retaining wall. As is the case on a construction site...things move.

Metal Formwork Assemble...

The formwork that holds the vertical concrete in-place is being assembled. It is a series of metal "I" beams in a cross-hatch pattern with concrete form-boards attached to the concrete form side. .
