Left photo shows the "ground wire" about the same size as the water bottle cap...the right photo show the tie-in with conduit placed under the slap before concrete was poured.

Arc Welding connection...a chunk of steel cut from a beam...finish concrete floor.
 

The Finish concrete floor needs protection...

 

Second lift on the elevator...the decorative wall cures...forms come off soon.
