Rick is the main man on site...if he says it, then it get's done. He said the most satisfying aspect about the construction business is watching a building rise from the ground, from nothing. The second most satisfying element of construction is working with a wide verity of people. Orchestrating the movement of materials, equipment and people is both challenging and rewarding. Keeping the owner involved and informed is also part of Rick work, he provides weekly updates to the project team and daily reports to the owner representative.
